KwikPost ("KwikPost", "we", "us") is a content-creation service that lets you generate and publish graphics and video — including video that uses your own photos and voice — across your connected social media accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it, including the photos and voice recordings you use to create content.
The short version: we collect what we need to generate and publish your content and run your account; we use a small number of named AI providers to do the actual generating; we treat your face photos and voice recordings as sensitive data and only use them for the generation you asked for; and you can delete any of it, including your account, at any time.
1 Who we are
KwikPost is operated by Rafael Manuel Jr. (operating as an individual, doing business as KwikPost), based in Doha, Qatar. For any privacy question or request, contact pixelspiritco@gmail.com.
2 Information we collect
Account information
Name, email address, and any brand profile details you set up (brand name, tone preferences, connected social accounts).
Content you provide
Text prompts and topics; photos, product images, and reference images you upload; audio you provide for voice cloning; speech you dictate using the microphone button (converted to text by your device's built-in speech recognition service); and any script or caption text you write or edit.
Content we generate for you
The graphics, videos, voiceovers, and captions KwikPost produces on your behalf, and the history of your projects and revisions.
Payment information
KwikPost sells credits through Google Play Billing and Apple App Store In-App Purchase. We receive confirmation that a purchase happened (the product purchased, a transaction reference, and the amount) — we do not receive or store your card number; Google or Apple handles that as your payment processor.
Usage & device information
Basic technical information (app version, device type, crash logs) used to keep the app working and diagnose problems.
3 Photos, voice & likeness data
Several KwikPost features work by using a photo of a real person's face or a recording of a real person's voice as the source for AI-generated video — for example, animating your own photo to speak a script, cloning a voice from a short recording, or placing a reference photo into a generated scene. We treat these uploads as sensitive, biometric-adjacent data and handle them accordingly:
We only use a face photo or voice recording for the specific generation feature you chose to use it for.
By uploading a photo or voice recording, you confirm it is either your own likeness/voice, or you have that person's explicit, informed consent to use it in KwikPost (see the AI-Generated Content & Likeness section of our Terms of Service for the full rules on this).
We do not use your uploaded photos or voice recordings to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell them.
You can delete an uploaded reference photo, a cloned voice, or any generated project at any time from within the app; deleting your account removes all of it from our systems (see Retention & deletion).
These uploads are sent to the specific AI providers listed in Section 5 solely to perform the generation you requested, under their own processing terms.
4 How we use your information
To generate the graphics, video, voiceovers, and captions you request.
To publish content to the social accounts you've connected, when you ask us to.
To operate your account: track your credit balance, plan tier, and project history.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse of the likeness/voice features described above.
To communicate with you about your account, purchases, or changes to this policy.
To improve KwikPost's own features and fix bugs, using aggregated or de-identified usage patterns wherever possible.
5 Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who do the actual work of generating and delivering your content. When you create an account, you agree to this sharing, which is needed to provide the features you request.

Every provider we share personal data with is required, by contract or by its published data processing terms, to protect that data to the same or an equal standard as this policy. A current list of the companies behind the provider types above is available on request at pixelspiritco@gmail.com.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect KwikPost's rights, or to investigate misuse of the likeness/voice features described in Section 3.
6 International data transfers
KwikPost's core database is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Because our service providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including outside the country where you live. Each provider is contractually required to protect your data to a standard consistent with this policy.
7 Retention & deletion
Project content and uploads are kept for as long as your account is active, or until you delete them individually.
Deleting a project, reference photo, or cloned voice removes it from our active systems; backups are purged on a rolling cycle.
Deleting your account removes your profile, uploads, and generated content, except where we're required to keep limited records (e.g. transaction records) for legal or accounting purposes.
Wherever you're located, you can ask us to: access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, or export your data in a portable format. If you're in the European Economic Area, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, these are your rights under applicable data protection law; if you're a California resident, you have comparable rights under California law. Contact us using the details in Section 12 to exercise any of these.
9 Children's privacy
KwikPost is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and no content depicting a minor — real or AI-generated — may be uploaded or created on KwikPost. If we learn a minor has created an account, we will delete it.
10 Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted storage and access controls, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data, especially the photos and voice recordings described in Section 3, protected against unauthorized access.
11 Changes to this policy
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes, and let you know in-app if a change is significant — for example, if we add a new category of data we collect or a new sub-processor.
